Postpartum is a time to dial in and reconnect with your body.
Birth, no matter what kind, is a monumental life event and your body deserves to be nurtured afterward. Coach Joselyn will help you to assess your core and troubleshoot problems like incontinence, pelvic pain, and diastasis recti. Each week we will focus on breath strategy and exercise as a means to support your every day life activities. Also included is a 30 minute one on one call with Joselyn to focus on anything specific to your recovery needs.
